What to Expect When Your Pet is Scheduled for an Acupuncture Treatment

• Every patient begins with a Comprehensive Initial Examination with Dr. Bonnie Wesley who will assess your pet’s current condition and create a treatment plan.
• On your first acupuncture session, Dr. Bonnie will evaluate and determine the frequency and duration of future sessions.
• Acupuncture treatments take 20 minutes once the needles are placed.
• Pet parents are encouraged to be in the room but can also choose to drop off their furry friend for the duration of the appointment.
• At the completion of the session, we will remove the needles and they are ready to go home.
